re-editions and products by contemporary designers. it was created in order to target individual
customers with an interest in design. as there was no interior space available for the presentation
of the home collection on the vitra campus in weil am rhein, between the border of switzerland
and germany, the company commissioned the basel-based architects herzog & de meuron in 2006
to design the 'vitrahaus'.

ORGANIC BIKE (Designer Smolyanov Michael V)
Designer Smolyanov Michael V has come out with a bike design that is environmentally friendly. The materials are not only eco-friendly, but also very light in weight and stronger than usual. The bike’s frames, suspension and steering components are grown from organic substances and then fastened. The bike really comes out with strong, lightweight and very powerful spatial structure after processing and destruction of organic carbon skeleton with fluorine. And that’s where the name M-Org comes from.
